EcoVadis’s scoring weights are proprietary and unpublished. We do not have them, do not model them, and will not pretend to. What this check gives you is coverage across the twelve theme-layer cells, and a work order. Any tool that hands you a predicted rating is selling you a guess as a fact.

For each theme, say what you actually hold today. Be honest with yourself here — nobody else sees these answers, and an optimistic answer only moves the surprise to the submission window.

Why twelve cells

Both frameworks reason in the same grid: four themes, and for each of them a policy that commits, an action that implements it, and a result that proves it happened. Twelve cells is the whole shape of the file at a glance.

Why the work order puts results first

Because results are the layer suppliers are emptiest on and the slowest to create. A policy can be written this afternoon. A result needs a number with a period behind it — and you cannot produce twelve months of data inside the submission window. If a result is missing, it is the thing to start today; the policy can wait until Friday.

Answer it honestly or do not answer it

The temptation is to tick “procedure plus records” when what you have is a procedure. Resist it. A procedure with no record of use is a policy in disguise and gets scored as one — so an optimistic tick here does not make the file stronger, it just moves the discovery to the point where you can no longer do anything about it.
