EcoVadis · SMETA · supplier assessments
Behind every EcoVadis or SMETA assessment sits an evidence file — policies, actions, results, up to 55 supporting documents. First-timers burn roughly 200 internal hours assembling it, or pay consultants thousands to do the same collation. We assemble it from a 40-minute questionnaire instead.
What the pack covers
What you get
Not a template folder — a mapped, ranked, dated pack built from your answers.
The full evidence structure your assessment expects — organised by the Policies → Actions → Results logic raters score against, so nothing is discovered missing in the submission window.
Your answers produce a prioritised gap list: what you already hold, what needs a signature, what needs to be written — ordered by scoring impact, so the 200 hours become the 30 that matter.
Assessment criteria change. Your pack is stamped with its generation date and criteria version, and is regenerated when the framework moves. A stale file is a liability; yours stays current.
What arrives
Every line in the panel is a deliverable named on this page. The animation shows the assembly order; your questionnaire answers replace the sample.
Illustration of the assembly order — the delivered pack is generated from your own answers.
Three steps
The questionnaire does the organising; the ranked list does the prioritising.
Your company profile, sites, workforce, existing policies — about 40 minutes, not 200 hours.
Every document slot mapped to your assessment, each with what raters look for, what you have, and the prioritised gap plan.
Work the ranked list. When the criteria change, your pack is regenerated — free.

Why this price
Reference costs buyers report: ≈ €15,000 of internal time for a first EcoVadis submission · consultant preparation fees in the thousands. Third-party figures, sources on request — not our quotes.
Honest limits
Stated here rather than in the small print, because trust is the product.
EvidenceReady is an independent document-assembly service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for EcoVadis, Sedex, SMETA or any rating agency — those trademarks belong to their owners.
We do not conduct audits, award scores or certify anything. The pack organises and drafts your evidence — it cannot invent evidence you don't have.
It is not legal advice, and policies it drafts should be reviewed by the person accountable for them before signature.
