This document is our own plain-language drafting. Our solicitor's opinion, received September 2026, covered how these products may lawfully be sold. It was not a review of this document's wording and we do not present it as one.

Who we are

EvidenceReady is a trading name of Harmony Future Holdings Limited, a company registered in Ireland (Company No. 802912), Dublin, Ireland. Contact: hello@evidenceready.eu.

What this website collects

Nothing automatically. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, and collects no payment details. There are no forms — every contact route on this site is an ordinary email link.

If you email us

When you email hello@evidenceready.eu, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and to carry out anything you ask us to do. Email is delivered through our domain registrar's forwarding service and our mailbox provider, acting as processors.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to meet ordinary business record-keeping, then deleted.

How your information is protected

Anything you send us arrives by email and is held in our mailbox. Documents are prepared on our own computer, not on a web server, and delivered to you by email or by a private download page whose address is not guessable. Nothing you send us is stored on this website, in any analytics system, or with any artificial-intelligence provider; the software that prepares documents runs locally and makes no external calls. Card payments, where offered, are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own pages — we never see card numbers. Correspondence and documents are kept for as long as ordinary business record-keeping requires, then deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict our use of it — email hello@evidenceready.eu. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
